In addition, the M42 contains an 8% cobalt tip and has wear-resistant teeth. This makes the saw very low-maintenance and heat-resistant.

The battery saw is great for cutting (ferrous) metals and non-ferrous metals. The battery saw features low-maintenance and wear-resistant teeth with an 8% M42 cobalt tip. In addition, the Bi-metal M42 batterys saw is highly heat-resistant and has a hardness of 67HrC.

The Bi-metal M51 is the most low-maintenance band saw with wear-resistant teeth. The band saw features an M51 cobalt tip that is even harder than its predecessor. The Bi-metal M51 is also highly heat-resistant. It is a good alternative for alloy steels up to 1,500 N/mm2, stainless steels and superalloys such as Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy and Titanium.
Bi-metal M51 band saws are available in any length between 2,000 mm and 12,000 mm. We also make the band saws to size in widths: 27 mm to 34 mm.
